I’ve been using the pink carbonless copy paper for making my own application forms that we use in our company. The colour matches our brand’s colours and it is very easy to print. I love that it prevents alteration so that no tampering can be made as it is instantly evident.

Mark Henderson

I’ve been using carbonless copy paper since I started my own business and printing delivery dockets has never been easier. The quality of the material is outstanding and the sharp copy image we get is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend it!

Carbonless A4 Copy Paper

Ideal for anyone needing to print forms with duplicate or triplicate copies with the ability to regularly change the text printed on the forms. Also, an excellent solution when there is not enough volume to get actual NCR books printed

Carbonless paper can be printed in a standard laser printer and does not require a waxy carbon sheet in between the copies to create the image transfer. As it is carbonless, the image transfer is created when pressure is applied to the paper in the form of a signature or written text, due to the chemical coatings on the top and bottom of each sheet being activated when they come in contact with each other.

In order to have clean and sharp copies, correct loading of the sheets in the printer is essential. Each ream is marked with the instruction 'Print on this side'. Therefore, ensure that the paper is loaded into the printer the correct way for optimal results.

The sheets are printed one at a time in a standard laser printer. Therefore, adjusting the printing quantity should be done manually.

When the forms are printed, they can be stapled, paper clipped or filed in a ring binder.

If you file the sheets in a ring binder you also need to put a piece of cardboard under the set you want to write on, because if there is no dividing barrier the written piece will be transferred through on to all of the sheets.

By using a ball point pen and applying pressure to the top copy sheet, the image will be transferred onto the second and/or third copy. This way, each of the involved parties can keep a record of the signed copy.

The carbonless copy paper is 80gsm and available in blue, pink, white and yellow. Each ream consists of 500 sheets, duplicates or triplicates.

You cannot pair it with standard copy paper because the image is created only when the chemical coatings of the sheets come in contact and form a reaction. This reaction allows the signature or any text written by the user to appear on the other copies.

Keep the ream of carbonless copy paper away from heat and make sure it is kept sealed and dry when it is not in use.

Our carbonless copy paper is approved for the SFI certified sourcing label. It is manufactured with non-contaminating chemistry and is responsible for the environmental footprint it creates.
